What we are

GovBidReport is an independent publisher of structured information about publicly posted government contract solicitations. We are not a government agency, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any purchasing office, and do not issue, administer, award, or influence any solicitation or contract.

Not professional advice

Our reports and pages are informational only. They are not legal, financial, or procurement advice, and do not replace reading the full official solicitation, its exhibits, and every addendum, or consulting a qualified professional. Requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines are current as of the source posting and can change by addendum — always confirm against the official documents before you submit.

Paid products

The compliance breakdown ($99) is a one-time, per-solicitation report compiled from official sources. The response help service ($699) assembles a response package you complete with your own information and a compliance review of your submission; we do not guarantee any contract award, and pricing is a flat fee — never contingent on award (contingent fees on government contracts are barred by FAR 52.203-5 and equivalent state rules). Refunds are available if a delivered report does not substantially reflect the official solicitation; reply to your receipt and a human will handle it.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that you are eligible for, will win, or will be awarded any contract. Responsiveness and award decisions rest solely with the issuing agency, and being responsive is ultimately your responsibility.
